Tuesday was a bit“iffy”weather-wise. However Jake Drummond – AFF Stage 2, Justin Ross – Stage 5 and Charlie Roache – Stage 8 were all on the one load of the day.

So on Wednesday we had an early start before the breeze got up. Lisa Van Heijningen was keen and she and Craig Core did AFF Stages 2, 3 & 4.  Others were also keen. Jake Drummond did Stages 3 & 4 and Justin Ross did Stages 6, 7 & 8.  Lachlan Dennis also did Stages 8 & 9 and Charlie Roache did Stage 9 – both finishing their AFF. Well done!

Saturday was busy! Lots of jumpers, lots of students and lots of action! Plus, for us, lots of Tandems, who were Daryan Apaul,  Ben O’Brien, Joshua McGuire, Hayley Levings, and Brodie Gibson-Green.

New students Jade Grobler, Brandon-Lee Horridge, Aaron Dean and Jason Williams did Stage 1 of  their AFF Courses, welcome to the Sport team! Benjamin Bland was back for AFF 2, Glynn Caballero did AFF 5, and Conor Loughnan and Alan Roach both did Stages 5, 6 & 7. Chance Moida did a Refresher.

There were three groups of Rel Workers here getting ready for the upcoming Nation Championships. Wingsuiters, freefliers and other fun jumpers meant both Caravans got into the action. We ended the day with Brodie and Hayley doing a Night Tandem and Rangry test jumped his night flares – very spectacular mate. There was a crowd of lady skydivers here jumping all day and celebrating Monique’s Birthday all night and boy, did they kick the party along!!
And then it (sort of) rained.

On Sunday morning it was still sort of rainy. Well, rainy enough to shut the day down except for one load, with  Lyn Nguyen back for her second Tandem. Susie, Jason and I added the numbers for the load, which was sensational scooting among the scattered clouds. It was a great week and weekend.
