A huge congratulations to Sean and Reece for smashing through Stage 9 and completing their AFF Courses! 🪂🎉 We also celebrated some great achievements, with Taylah and Ashley earning their B-Certificates, Alex earning an E-Certificate, and Charleen reaching an incredible 400th jump milestone. And a big welcome to the skies to Shirley, Ankit, Samuel and Stephen, who completed their first Stage 1 jumps!
We also took the sky to Mitchell Creek Rock ’n’ Blues Fest for a demo jump, with Rodney Benson flying the giant Australian Flag, Steve Fitchett chasing the flag for some wicked photos, and Wayne McLachlan trailing a super-long streamer. 🇦🇺🪂
Cheers to everyone who made it out, helped out, jumped in, or just brought the good vibes. Here’s to blue skies ahead…
🏁 First Jump Course: On Saturday, Ankit joined Bill for his First Jump Course, while Shirley started her 15 Jump Package. The First Jump Course introduces Freefall Skydiving Techniques and Canopy Handling Skills on the first jump, setting students up for their skydiving journey.
⭐ Student Progression: There was plenty of AFF progression throughout the week, with Shirley completing Stages 1 to 3, Ankit Stages 1 and 2. Samuel Stage 1, Stephen Stage 1, Aidan Stage 5, Sean Stages 5 to 9, and Reece Stages 3 to 9. Great work everyone!

Tandem Skydivers
We welcomed Helen, Jodie, Monica, Hazel, Dean, Rebekah, Rafael, Cooper, Chris, Erik and Matilda for their Tandem skydives.
A big thanks to our Tandem Masters Adrian, Ty and Robin for getting everyone safely into the sky and back to the ground. And a special thanks to Toddy for running the outside camera and capturing video and stills for Helen – that wider perspective makes for some seriously cool memories!

Mitchell Creek Rock ‘n’ Blues Fest – Demo Jump
The weekend also saw Ramblers take the sky for a demo jump into the Mitchell Creek Rock ’n’ Blues Fest. Rodney Benson put on some impressive flag displays, including jumping the giant Australian Flag, while Steve Fitchett chased the flag for a breathtaking video and some wicked photos. Wayne McLachlan was also in the air, trailing a super-long streamer, filming both Rod and Fitch. 🇦🇺🪂
