Rambling On ⭐️ DZ Action News #709 (25-31 May 2026)

Another fun week at the DZ with Students, Tandems, B-Rels, and Fun Jumpers all keeping busy in the skies above Toogs. Huge congratulations to Jake and Brendan, who both completed their AFF Courses with Stage 9 this week. Plenty of other milestones were celebrated too, making for an awesome week all around.

Congratulations to Taylah having received her A-Certificate, to Patrick on his B-Certificate, Morgan got his C-Certificate, and Michael his D-Certificate. Good on Tatiana passing her B-Rel 5 and Andrew passed all B-Rel Stages.

Students starting on Saturday 30 May were Alex and Elijah, who completed their First Jump Course classroom session and got set for the skies ahead. Massive congratulations to all of you!

Drop Zone Action

Welcome to the skies to Elijah and Tim, who both completed AFF Stage 1 this week. Raelee continued progressing strongly through Stages 3 to 7 and is getting very close to completing her AFF Course.

Huge congratulations again to Jake, who powered through Stages 3 to 9, and to Brendan, who completed Stages 8 and 9, with both officially finishing their AFF Courses this week. Thanks to our Instructors for looking after the students and keeping everyone safe in freefall and under canopy, Toddy, Robin, Alex, Adrian, and Shelby.

Coach & B-Rel jumps this week included Andrew jumping with coach Adrian, Taylah working with Alex, and Tatianaprogressing with coach Jake. Thanks to our coaches for helping everyone continue building skills, confidence, and experience in the sky.

We had one Tandem jump this week, with Ferdie taking the leap with Tandem Master Matthew while also getting the Handycam Video & Photo Package to capture the experience. Thanks to Matthew for getting him safely into the sky and back again.

Cheers to everyone who made it out, helped out, jumped in, or just brought the good vibes. Here’s to blue skies ahead…
