Drop Zone Action

What a cracking week out at Toogs – warm temps, a bit of cheeky cloud dodging, and some classic Toogs stormy bits sneaking through, but plenty of sunshine and action in the sky with Students, Tandems, B-Rels, and Fun Jumpers all getting amongst it.

Huge congrats to ⭐️ Joshua and ⭐️ William for smashing through Stage 9 and completing their AFF Course! Legends.

Cheers to everyone who made it out, helped out, jumped in, or just brought the good vibes. Here’s to blue skies ahead…

Catch you in freefall,
The Ramblers Crew 🪂

AFF Students

🏁 First Jump Course

Adam started his 15-jump package on Monday and was straight into it, getting his AFF Stage 1 done the very next day.

Nicholas began his First Jump Course and was back on the next day, punching out AFF Stages 1 and 2 — love the enthusiasm!

And Joshua kicked off his 15-jump package on Monday and absolutely sent it, progressing all the way through to Stage 9 by the end of the week. Congrats again, mate — unreal effort.

Student Progression

James Aaron and Megha both continued on with Stage 3. Jordy cruised through Stages 4-6. India kept the momentum going with Stages 6 & 7. Nikita ticked off Stage 7. Craig handled Stages 7 & 8 like a champ.

And William wrapped up Stages 7-9 and that’s the AFF Course completed! Congrats again, mate.

Thanks to our Instructors for looking after the students and keeping everyone safe in freefall and under canopy, Toddy, Robin, Wayne, Ash, and Millie.

Tandem Skydivers

We had a full-on weekend of Tandems with Matthew, Leanne, Blake, Corie, Pauline, Pamela, and Leilah all taking the leap! Corie and Pauline jumped together, doubling the stoke.

Pamela left us a gorgeous review on Facebook: “I had the absolutely most amazing day yesterday with Ty as my Tandem, best experience of my life. Thank Ty and all Ramblers staff – 5 stars. I always dreamed from when I was a child that I could fly, now I know I can!”

Thanks to our Tandem Masters Ash, Ty, Robin, and Adam for getting everyone safely into the big blue. Thanks as well to Ash and Ty for running Handycam video & photos for some of the crew — nothing beats capturing that first-time grin.

B-Rels, Coach & Fun Jumps

Samuel got two coached jumps in. James kept sharpening his skills. And champ William — straight out of AFF and straight into more progression — knocked out three coached jumps. Good on you for keeping the fire burning.

Thanks to our coaches Toddy, Ash, and Li for keeping everyone dialled in.
