Drop Zone Action

What a cracker of a week at the DZ! The place was humming with Students, Tandems, B-Rels, Refreshers, and a stack of Fun Jumper energy. Big achievements all around, especially with Ricky and Aiden Fredrik punching out their AFF Courses with Stage 9 – congratulations, legends! Loads of progression, heaps of laughs.

The weather kept us on our toes this week, with storms rumbling through and Sunday ending up completely rained out. Still, we made the most of every window the skies gave us! Let’s dive in…

Cheers to everyone who made it out, helped out, jumped in, or brought the good vibes. Here’s to blue skies ahead…

Catch you in freefall,
The Ramblers Crew 🪂

🏁 AFF Course Students

Ricky powered through Stages 2–9, finishing her AFF Course — congrats legend!
Aiden Fredrik smashed out Stages 7–9 and finished his AFF Course too — well done mate!
James Aaron continued on with Stage 2 — keep sending it.
Megha sat in a Refresher First Jump Course with Bill on Saturday the 15th — can’t wait to get you in the sky next week!

Thanks to our Instructors for looking after the students and keeping everyone safe in freefall and under canopy, Toddy, Robin, Ashley, and Shani

🪂 Tandem Skydivers

We had a solid line-up of Tandems this week, with Ekaterina kicking things off, followed by Mark, who loved it so much he went twice! Mark and his wife Kate left a beautiful review on our Facebook page, check it out below.

Anthony and Rebecca joined us as well, leaving an awesome Visitor Book comment: “AMAZING!! Will definitely do it again. And & Bec.”

We also took Andrew, Sheree, and Soren for their sky-high adventure over Toogs — good on all of you for sending it!

Thanks to our Tandem Masters Ty, Ash, and Shani… And thanks to Chloe for running outside video and photos for Ekaterina and Soren — the snaps are unreal! Thanks for Toddy for being outside camera man for Mark and Sheree. Great visuals!

And behind the scenes, David jumped Tandem with Ben Skuce, who’s continuing his training toward becoming a Tandem Master — good on ya, Ben.

Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🖋📧

Mark C.:  “What an epic weekend. First we drive through a massive storm to arive around 8pm. Met some beautiful people Ben, Adrian, and Milly our first arrival night. Woke up Saturday to what was the blessing of God. Blue sky’s… So on this day I was to complete my 3rd Tandem. In a surprising outcome my wife Kate was convinced to take her first ever leap of faith. We completed our jumps with so much more then ever could have considered. We would both love to thank the loving and accepting family of Skydive Ramblers for the overwhelming love and conviction of all involved to make Saturday one of the most memorable day in our lives.

My wife Kate was never going to consider this jump. Your experience made this change in heart and she is so greatfull for. I’d like to thank Ben, Adrian and Milly for their commitment and dedication to making Kate’s jump so.special and on my behalf would love to thank Ash for my round 3 jump and making it seal my deal in completing my AFF in the upcoming months. Thank you to Shani for making my 2nd jump something that will always be in my memory. White out jump to completing direction 360 degrees turns each way under free-fall. To our new family in Toogoolawah. We love you and can’t wait to see you all again!”

Hi Dave! I just wanted to reach out to you and extend my deepest gratitude for the absolutely exhilarating experience I had at Ramblers last weekend.

Never did I think I would ever jump out of a plane (took over 20 years to take the plunge), but Greggo and all of your staff made me feel confidant to take the leap.

The breathtaking views as we ascended to altitude set the stage for what was a one-in-a lifetime adventure.

Ramblers is a class act all around!!!!!!!! Thank  you to you and everyone there for creating an incredible opportunity and creating lasting memories.

I can’t wait to return for another dive soon!!!!

Regards, Natasha A.
