It was a cracker of a week at the DZ with plenty of action from Students, Tandems, B-Rels, and Fun Jumpers keeping ✈️ Homer busy. The spring skies served up good jumping weather, with clear mornings and a few cheeky gusts in the afternoons — nothing we couldn’t handle!
⭐ Student Progression
On Saturday, Bill ran an AFF Learn to Skydive Course refresher session for Mark, getting him back into the swing of things and ready for their next jump.
Jordy tackled Stage 2, Zane powered through Stage 3, Abraham worked through Stages 2–4, Daniel ticked off Stages 3–5, Diego nailed Stages 4+5, Craig moved on to Stage 6, India also did Stage 6, and Matthew wrapped up the week strong with Stages 5–7.
Big thanks to our instructors Toddy, Ash, Robin, Marc, and Wayne for helping everyone stay safe and have a blast in freefall.
☀️ Coach & B-Rel Jumps
David got some coaching in, and Angus completed his B-Rel 6 – nice work, mate! Cheers to our coaches Toddy, Ash, and Tish for their guidance and patience throughout the week.
🪂 Tandems
We welcomed Amber, Amy (Abraham’s wife), Allie, and Shaian to the skies for their first-ever Tandem jumps – big smiles all around!
Huge thanks to Tandem Masters Ash, Robin, and Ty for giving them an unforgettable experience above Toogoolawah.
Cheers to everyone who made it out, helped out, jumped in, or just brought the good vibes. Here’s to blue skies ahead…
