Sky High Adventures: Last Week’s Jumps!

A little quieter this week as the weather wasn’t on our side. We still managed to get a few loads up with fun jumpers during the week.

Kicking things off, Glenn, Samuel, Connor, and Jordan completed their First Jump Course and smashed out AFF Stage 1—welcome to the sport! And they also all continued their skydiving journey with Stage 2, getting a good taste of freefall and canopy control. Soft landings and massive grins all around.

Our ongoing students kept the momentum going. Robert powered through Stage 8, while Sebastian tackled Stage 4. A huge congratulations to Zac, who achieved his B-Certificate—awesome work, mate!

Over in the Tandem world, Jacques and Marcus took the ultimate leap, experiencing the unbeatable rush of skydiving for the first time—what a way to send it!

Our fun jumpers came out for Funtastic Friday, run by Josh. We had a great turnout, and managed to get one load in, until the winds decided to shut us down for the day. Adam H. did his first angle on his back the whole time, as well as Trav, Todd and Denzel getting their flying dialed in. There was a big debrief and snags for lunch as the winds weren’t looking promising.

The weekend followed suit, with only a handful of jumps getting through thanks to this abnormal weather we’ve been having. Fingers crossed for better skies next week!

It’s going to be an epic weekend with the Belly Bash – Load Organising with Dawn & Chris on Saturday, the 1st March, followed by the TSC Star Crests on Sunday, 2nd of March. See you there for some quality flat flying!
