For the once-only Tandem jumpers, choose to tandem jump over the Sunshine Coast and land on the beach at Coolum Beach or choose to tandem jump at Toogoolawah drop zone - Ramblers purpose-built skydiving institution.

For those with a taste of something more than a tandem jump, choose the First Jump Course or try the 'Introduction' 3-jump freefall package, either at Toogoolawah drop zone or Coolum Beach. If you are up for the course or even the sport, choose the 'Completion' 10-jump Freefall package or better still, go hard and go off with the 'Addiction' 20-jump 'A' License package.
For the experienced jumpers, Ramblers drop zone at Toogoolawah is a REAL drop zone, for the fun jumpers - yeah! The 17-place turbine Cessna Caravan flies loads pretty much every day throughout the year - the average is about 4 caravan loads daily mid-week and up to 20 loads daily on the weekend, sometimes with 2-plane formation loads just because we can! Regular events including fun competitions, organised dive days, big boogies, Learning Curve Camps, team training camps and monthly Safety Meetings.

Is it safe?
No… Skydiving and Parachuting can be dangerous however jumping in Tandem, harnessed to an Instructor is the safest possible way to experience skydiving. You are along for the ride of your life with not many responsibilities. Ramblers Instructors are among the most experienced in the country, certified by and affiliated with the Australian Parachute Federation.

Ramblers parachute equipment is state of the art. All Ramblers reserve parachutes including Tandems, are fitted with a ‘Cypres’ automatic activation device for maximum safety.

Ramblers is the ONLY operation in Queensland who employ a full-time parachute equipment Rigger thus ensuring that you will be jumping with the best maintained parachute equipment available.

When will I jump?
Both Ramblers drop zones are open 7 days a week. Jumping commences around 8am and loads fly all day, depending on the weather. Put aside half a day for your jump. Both drop zones offer a wide variety of tourist attractions, restaurants and accommodation places within the area.

What do I wear?
All skydiving equipment is supplied including jumpsuits and goggles. You may jump in whatever you are comfortable in ie. Jeans and a jumper in winter, shorts and a t-shirt in summer. It is essential that you wear good running shoes – but not the type with open hooks for the laces. Please ensure that you tell your Tandem Instructor if you wear contact lenses.

Can our group all jump together?
At Toogoolawah our fabulous turbine aircraft, the Cessna Caravan, seats up to 17 people. Yes, we can take groups of up to 6 on any one load, meaning that you and 5 other friends can jump together. Weather and jumping conditions apply of course.
