NEWSLETTER 29, from Thursday 7th June, the last two days of the LCC. (And they went really well). The number of participants today was the same, 22 Campers and 7 Coaches.
Longy, Ashlee, Scott, Aodhan, Paul and Dave before a tracking dive
A couple of people had to leave and a few more arrived. Congrats Michael Manning – a new dad. Kylie & Mike from Gatton did a jump, Vanessa Porchet did a few and Kyle Johnson arrived early for the weekend also got one in. We did seven really full loads. Longy, Louis and Tanguy from New Caledonia were on every one.

You could hear and feel people getting more confident and progressing, and having a ball. I plodded along and did another 5 head downs. We had Jasmine Veneris do a Tandem with Phil & Belgy trained up Steven Francis for Stage 1 of his 20 jump AFF Addiction Package.
Friday was just about as good but the weather started turning bad towards late afternoon. We still did 5 full loads, Frank and Matt Stuart arrived for the last load. Steve Francis did his Stages 2, 3 & 4. Jason Pearse and Teagan Madeley did a Tandem, both with Phil. Clinton was back.
Longy conducted the de-brief around the fire after the last load and it was (as usual after a LCC) filled with enthusiasm and tales of great jumps! It was also starting to get wet. It stopped raining long enough for a Sausage Sizzle, a big beauty. It was a terrific LCC all round, no malfunctions, no injuries and no disappointments. And the Freefly side of it run by Adam Long was a success. Thanks Adam and please come back again.
