Queens Birthday Weekend

Saturday, 9th - Monday, 11th June 2012

It’s our drop zone opening anniversary weekend. We’ll be 33 this year.

And it’s also Homer’s (our aircraft) second anniversary. So we are going to celebrate!

Saturday night we’ll do our Meteor Men night display, followed by old movies and dz slides on the big screen.

Sunday night will be the big annual Queens Birthday party with the usual theme – Queen! Royal or Raunchy! Hope to see you there!

EMPRA

EMPRA are a Melbourne based hard rock/alternative band.

EMPRA combines the explosive energy of Foo Fighters, Weezer on Steroids, a Green Day arse kick with a healthy dose of Australian hard rock attitude. It’s been a long road for Melbourne rock musicians Sanny Veloo (Lead Vocals/Guitars), Matt Agius (Bass), Matt Gaulty (Guitars/BVs) and Matt Cattanach (Drums) of EMPRA. They have survived the death of a band member and best mate, an elbow replacement surgery, two incarnations, seven lineup changes, a botched album recording session and personal challenges to finally record, release and perform their powerful debut album “I Won’t Give Up”.
