I received a lot of phone calls and emails about bulletin one's proposed schedule. This schedule will be followed if we have a very bad weather forecast as we need to make sure that we have a valid competition for the disciplines that will be represented at the world meet later in the year. It basically means that if you are competing for a place to go to Dubai plan to be here from the 6th till the 11th.
If the weather forecast is good it will be business as usual. Starting Friday, Saturday with accuracy, CF2, FS4 open/inter and VFS4 open followed on Sunday and Monday with sport accuracy, CF4, FS8 open/inter, VFS4 inter and AE.
We all prefer this scenario of course as it gives us the quickest turnaround time for the meet and makes it a lot more likely that people can and will compete in more than one event. SO let's all hope for blue skies, 5 knots !!

Hi everyone,
It looks that this years Nationals will have a lot more VFS and AE teams competing than previous years. GREAT !!
But I had phone calls and emails from people who like to compete in several events. This start to create problems with the schedule. Some want to do VFS4 inter and open, some VFS4 and Freefly and some VFS4 and Freestyle.
It's impossible to keep this 4 events separate in a 4 day meet.
My suggestion is to start with the discipline formation skydiving (events VFS4 open and inter) on Friday and Saturday followed by the discipline Artistic events (events freefly open, freefly inter and freestyle) on Sunday and Monday.
This order will only give the people who are competing in both VFS4 inter and open a busy schedule but keeps everyone else separated. How does that sound ?
I 'am flexible with the meet schedule. If all teams work out a different solution that works fine, thats OK for me. I’m open for suggestions or different ideas.
So until further notice VFS4 open and inter will start on the Friday. Draw will be out Thu at 6.30pm. Registration for these events closing 10.00am Friday and first load get called at 10.15am.
